Workshops and Events that blend play, movement, mindfulness, and rhythm
OUR APPROACH
PLAY
Play is permission. The space where we get lost in the moment, free from the need to achieve or produce. Curiosity, wonder, that childlike openness where the thinking mind softens
PRACTICE
Our bodies don’t know the difference between when we’re on the stage and off the stage. When we show up joyfully on stage it helps us do so in real life.
SUPPORT
In the “real world” our ideas are often met with judgment. We leverage the improv concept of “yes and” to build on every choice which means every choice is a good choice.
EMBODIMENT
Our bodies are incredibly wise. We aim to connect with our senses and interoception to inform our creative expression.
MINDFULNESS
Turns out you don't need a dark room and a meditation cushion for this. We practice mindfulness skills in real-time in a way that doesn’t suck
